Alison Wonderland is an Australian DJ and electronic music singer. Alexandra Margo Sholler was born in the Australian state of Victoria. Allison Cara Tolman (born April 2nd 1984) is an American actress. Her role as Molly Solverson, in season one of FX's Fargo TV show earned her nominations for Emmy and Golden Globe. Early life and education Tolman has two older siblings and a younger sibling. Her family moved to England as she was just a few months old and stuck around until she turned 4 years old. She lived in Oklahoma for five years before moving to Oklahoma and after that, West Texas before moving to Sugar Land. The Fort Bend Community Theatre, she started taking acting classes when she was 10 years old. Clements High School is where she was a student and she graduated in 2000. She received her diploma from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatrical performance. In Dallas when she graduated from the college level, she was one of the founders of Second Thought Theatre. In 2009, she moved to Chicago, Illinois, to take classes in acting at The Second City Training Center. The career of Tolman began in 2014 when she starred as the main character on FX's crime-drama series black comedy Fargo. Fargo is an adaptation of 1996 Coen brother's film by the same title. Starring the veteran cast of Bob Odenkirk, Martin Freeman and Billy Bob Thornton. Tolman has been praised for her performance in the role of Minnesota Police Officer Molly Solverson. Vanity Fair stated that Tolman has "calmly certainly stole the entire production". The actress won the Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Supporting Actress for a movie/ministry, she was nominated as Best Actress at both the Emmy Awards & Golden Globes for her performance. Tolman's appearance in the film The Mindy Project, as romance writer Abby Berman for two episodes that premiered on the same day. In 2015, she played a supporting character in Michael Dougherty's comedy-horror film Krampus. Tolman did not want to play a number of support parts, including roles played by mothers, wifes and friends, following her first appearance on Fargo. Tolman wanted a different character. Tolman played the role of a woman in the ABC drama series Downward Dog in 2017, Based on the Animal Media Group's web series. The show was cancelled after one season. Tolman, who is an active Twitter user, stated that she received "pretty amazing" ratings for the ABC drama Emergence. It premiered in September, but was cancelled after one season ending on May 21, 2020. The actress has also been a guest on NBC's Good Girls.
